The privacy principles and data policy that apply to the Coforob mobile app and our services.

1. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Coforob app for mobile devices ("Application"), created by Kodpilot ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Account information: When you create an account, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, and sign-in details.
  • Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
  • The pages you visit in the Application, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
  • The total time spent in the Application.
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application collects location data that helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographic location, and uses it as follows:

  • Location services: To provide personalized content and location-based services.
  • Analysis and improvements: Anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior and improve overall performance.
  • Third-party services: Anonymized data may be sent to external services to help improve the Application.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to improve the user experience. AI components may process user data to provide personalized content, in line with applicable law.

3. Third-Party Access

Only anonymized, aggregated data is periodically sent to external services in order to improve the Application. The Service Provider may disclose collected information in the following cases:

  • When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process.
  • When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights or your safety, to investigate fraud, or to respond to an official request.
  • With trusted service providers working on their behalf who agree to follow these rules.

4. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly by going to Settings in the Application and tapping "Delete Account".

Alternatively, you can request data deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. After the account is deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases, except where the law requires us to keep it.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application from your device.

6. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact [email protected] so the necessary steps can be taken.

7. Security

The Service Provider takes physical, electronic, and procedural measures to keep the information it processes and protects secure.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Application means you accept all changes. This privacy policy is effective as of 05.03.2026.
